Our letting only service is suited for more experienced landlords who have the time to manage their own property but can’t accommodate viewings and such that comes along with finding a tenant. We will market your property on national portals, pre-qualify and assess potential tenants’ suitability, undertake referencing, preparation of tenancy agreements, and deposit registration if required.
Once the tenancy begins you as the landlord will then be responsible for all aspects of the property and tenancy management, including rent collection, maintenance, and safety checks.
7.2% including VAT (calculated as a % of 12 months’ rent) subject to a minimum fee of £600 including VAT.*

Our letting and rent management services includes all aspects of the letting only service and takes care of the financial aspect of the tenancy and credit control. When you choose this service, you retain control of the management of your property, whilst we look after the rent – which we promptly forward to you upon collection from the tenant, we also pursue arrears in the event of non-payment by the tenant.
In addition, we work with your tenant to ensure that no arrears are accrued and conduct yearly rent reviews on your behalf to ensure that your earnings are in-line with the housing market average for the area.

This is a comprehensive service which includes all aspects of the management and maintenance of your property. In addition to the letting and rent management options, we will undertake all repairs and maintenance on your behalf, using our team of trusted contractors. You will receive regular reports of any works carried out, periodic property inspections, and reports on the condition of your property.
We will also carry out any check-out procedures in the event of a tenancy ending and negotiate any claims concerning the deposit at the end of the tenancy.
