Meet the Team

Darren Randall

Darren Randall has been working in the property sector since 2003, where he started his career working for a large estate agency in Eastbourne. Darren quickly climbed the ranks due to his expert knowledge and approach and became a branch manager in Lewes in 2007 before moving to a large branch in Hastings. In 2009, Darren moved from Hastings to Tunbridge Wells, where he has since remained and has established Randall and Valentine Residential with fellow property expert Tom Vivian.

Tom Vivian

Having lived in Tunbridge Wells for over 30 years, Tom has a wealth of knowledge of the local area which allows him to offer expert advice on the local market and the benefits of renting in the area. Having worked in the lettings industry for many years Tom has a strong understanding of the needs of both landlords and tenants, and prides himself on giving straightforward, honest advice. In partnership with Darren, Tom is intent on creating and maintaining a strong focus on customer care and nurturing positive outcomes for all of Randall and Valentine Residential’s clients.
